When importing H.265 videos, Resolve shows "Media Offline" on the video clips. ![]() Davinci Resolve does not recognize that the HEVC codec is available. I installed the HEVC codec on the new system. It is a Dell G5 with i9 CPU and an NVidia RTX 2070 Super GPU. ![]() System was underpowered to process 4K video so I bought a new system. I had installed the HEVC codec from the Microsoft Store and was able to process H.265 video with no problems. I have been using the free version of Davinci Resolve 16 to edit videos from my GoPro Hero 7 Black camera on a PC that is about 5 years old. 4/16/17: change in boot menu from CD, Windows to CD, USB, Windows (manual, in BIOS).4/16/17: Security Update for Microsoft Windows KB4015217 (Microsoft, automatic).4/15/17: security update Adobe Flash Reader (Microsoft, automatic).(This is preceded by tabs with the correct website names and spinning progress wheels, but ends in the above error message.)Ĭhanges made prior to this issue which was not occurring in the three days prior and only noted in AM of 4/17/17: Fix Connection Problems (doesn't find an identifiable problem).refresh the page in a few minutes (also doesn't work).look for the page with your search engine (doesn't work).make sure the web address is correct (it is).The error message I get is a white screen with the message "this page can't be displayed".
